Access to educational content is granted according to the access option chosen by the User (free access, subscription, one-time purchase, etc.). This access is personal and non-transferable.

The User cannot:

– Reproducing or copying the content for commercial purposes

– Modify or adapt them without authorization

– Distribute them to third parties

– Use them to create a competing business

4.2 Content Modifications

Salima E-Learning reserves the right to modify, update, or remove educational content at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the users concerned.

5. Pricing and Payment

Les prix des formations sont affichés en dinars tunisiens (TND) et peuvent être consultés en euros (EUR), dollars canadiens (CAD) et dollars américains (USD) à titre indicatif et peuvent être modifiés à tout moment. Pour les abonnements, les modifications de prix s’appliqueront à partir du prochain renouvellement.

Invoices are available in the User's personal space after payment confirmation.

5.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the chosen frequency (monthly, annual, etc.), unless expressly terminated by the User.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law and the European Directive, the User has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

However, this right does not apply if access to the Platform has already started before the end of the 14-day period, with prior consent of the User.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Liability and Limitations

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Salima E-Learning does not warrant:

– The absence of errors or inaccuracies

– Educational or professional results

Under no circumstances will Salima E-Learning be held responsible for:

– Direct, indirect or consequential damages

– Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

– Service interruptions or technical malfunctions

Salima E-Learning's total liability cannot exceed the amount of fees paid by the User during the last 12 months.

12. Security

Salima E-Learning implements reasonable security measures to protect the Platform and User data. However, Salima E-Learning cannot guarantee the absolute security of the Internet.

The User agrees to immediately report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to their account.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Salima E-Learning reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be communicated to Users by email or via the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after the publication of the changes implies acceptance of the new terms. In case of disagreement, the User may terminate their account.
