These General Terms and Conditions of Use (\u201cGTC\u201d) govern access to and use of the website https:\/\/salimaelearning.com\/ (\u201cthe Site\u201d) and all services offered by Salima E-Learning (\u201cthe Platform\u201d).<\/p>\n\n

By accessing the Site and using the Platform, you unconditionally accept all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the Platform.<\/p>\n\n

1. Definitions<\/h1>\n\n

\u201cUser\u201d: Any natural or legal person accessing and using the Platform.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cAccount\u201d: The personal space created by the User to access the Platform and services.<\/p>\n\n

To access the Platform, the User must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information.<\/p>\n\n

The User is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 The confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password)<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Do not download or share educational content without the permissions granted.<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Do not harass or threaten other users or the Salima E-Learning team<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Do not sell, distribute or market access to the Platform<\/p>\n\n

4. Educational Content<\/h1>\n\n

4.1 Access Rights<\/h2>\n\n

Access to educational content is granted according to the access option chosen by the User (free access, subscription, one-time purchase, etc.). This access is personal and non-transferable.<\/p>\n\n

The User cannot:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Reproducing or copying the content for commercial purposes<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Modify or adapt them without authorization<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Distribute them to third parties<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Use them to create a competing business<\/p>\n\n

4.2 Content Modifications<\/h2>\n\n

Salima E-Learning reserves the right to modify, update, or remove educational content at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the users concerned.<\/p>\n\n

5. Pricing and Payment<\/h1>\n\n

Les prix des formations sont affich\u00e9s en dinars tunisiens (TND) et peuvent \u00eatre consult\u00e9s en euros (EUR), dollars canadiens (CAD) et dollars am\u00e9ricains (USD) \u00e0 titre indicatif\u00a0et peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9s \u00e0 tout moment. Pour les abonnements, les modifications de prix s’appliqueront \u00e0 partir du prochain renouvellement.<\/p>\n\n

Payment must be made according to the terms offered during registration.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

5.2 Billing<\/h2>\n\n

Invoices are available in the User's personal space after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n

5.3 Subscription Renewal<\/h2>\n\n

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the chosen frequency (monthly, annual, etc.), unless expressly terminated by the User.<\/p>\n\n

The User can request cancellation of their subscription at any time via their account or by contacting support.<\/p>\n\n

6. Right of Withdrawal<\/h1>\n\n

In accordance with French law and the European Directive, the User has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n\n

However, this right does not apply if access to the Platform has already started before the end of the 14-day period, with prior consent of the User.<\/p>\n\n

7. Certificates and Diplomas<\/h1>\n\n

Certificates and attestations of achievement are issued automatically after the evaluation criteria have been met.<\/p>\n\n

The certificates are provided for informational purposes only. Any fraudulent use is prohibited and may result in legal action.<\/p>\n\n

9. Intellectual Property<\/h1>\n\n

All content on the Platform (text, images, videos, logos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Salima E-Learning or its partners. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n

Users may only access the content for private and personal use. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.<\/p>\n\n

10. Liability and Limitations<\/h1>\n\n

\u2013 Educational or professional results<\/p>\n\n

10.2 Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n

Under no circumstances will Salima E-Learning be held responsible for:<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Direct, indirect or consequential damages<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Service interruptions or technical malfunctions<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 Third-party content or services accessible via the Platform<\/p>\n\n

Salima E-Learning's total liability cannot exceed the amount of fees paid by the User during the last 12 months.<\/p>\n\n

11. Personal Data<\/h1>\n\n

Salima E-Learning is committed to protecting Users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (LIL).<\/p>\n\n

The User agrees to immediately report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to their account.<\/p>\n\n

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n\n

Salima E-Learning reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be communicated to Users by email or via the Platform.<\/p>\n\n

Continued use of the Platform after the publication of the changes implies acceptance of the new terms. In case of disagreement, the User may terminate their account.<\/p>\n\n

14. Termination<\/h1>\n\n

The User can terminate their account at any time via their account settings or by contacting support.<\/p>\n\n

14.2 Termination by Salima E-Learning<\/h2>\n\n

Salima E-Learning may terminate a User's account without notice in the event of a serious violation of the Terms of Service or applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n

14.3 Consequences of Termination<\/h2>\n\n

Upon termination, access to the Platform and educational content is removed. User data may be deleted in accordance with the retention policy.<\/p>\n\n

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/h1>\n\n

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Tunisian law, in particular by the Commercial Code and the Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN).<\/p>\n\n

If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in effect.<\/p>\n\n
